CANCELLATION POLICY

📆CANCELLATION📆 🌟You have up to 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel/reschedule which can be done through your confirmation email. Cancellation on or the day before your appointment will result in a 75% charge of your booked service not including your deposit. For microlinks & tape in services, you will be charged for the full service not including your deposit. 🌟Rescheduling before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will allow you to reschedule using the same deposit. You have 48 hours to reschedule your appointment. After 48 hours, you will be charged as a cancellation & you’ll have to book a new appointment with a new deposit. 🙅🏾‍♀️NO CALL NO SHOW🙅🏾‍♀️ 🌟ARE NOT TOLERATED!! No call no show = no future appointments. Your card will be charged 75% of your service not including your deposit. For microlinks & tape in services, you will be charged for the full service not including your deposit. You will be banned from booking any future appointments with me. 🤑PAYMENTS🤑 🌟 I accept cash, cash app, credit/debit. There is a $30 nonrefundable deposit required for all services due at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your total price. (The deposit is an agreement to all policies, prices & service agreements.) The remaining balance must be paid at the time of service. 🌟Microlinks/Tape In services require a 50% deposit of the total before appointment can be secured! ⏰LATE ARRIVALS⏰ 🌟 I do not have any late fees. However, if you are going to be late, please contact me prior to your appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled & you will have to rebook with a new deposit. With no notice, you will be considered a no call no show. 👫🏾GUESTS/AGE RESTRICTIONS👫🏾 🌟 For purposes of safety & sanitation, please no kids or other guests unless being serviced! 🌟I DO NOT SERVICE KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 13‼️🚨
